I Took A Cooking Class in Mexico

September 09, 2019

Yea yea…it’s not even Mexican food…but I got bored and decided to take this class! I took a cooking class at a Korean restaurant here. This dish is called Tteokbokki. I didn’t like it. It was “garbage food” as I like to call it…nothing that’s filling or with nutritional value. The old Mexican lady asked me if I wanted anymore and I told her No!…she brought herself tupperware to pack the leftovers away. I was cracking up.

Without a plan, Elyse Y. Robinson moved to México City after her mother passed away from blood cancer on November 11, 2016. She never heard of México City nor even visited México before. She just knew she had to escape America to mourn. She had quit her whole life to help her family anyway. She had nothing more to lose. She is going into her fourth year in México and she is there to stay!
